More and more we are seeing people use tablets and smartphones to work and play. These mobile devices have changed the way we live. They have also created a new reality for telecom, cable TV and utility operators, who now have to ensure that they can meet the ever increasing demand of their customers hunger for data - and do so 24/7. Now, more than ever, the customer is king.
With 15 years of experience and an incomparable combination of advanced telecom engineering and geographical information system (GIS), ECHO is able to help telecom, cable TV and utility operators meet this challenge efficiently and cost effectively.
In addition, we offer value-added services that can help telecom, cable TV and utility operators monetize their business, such as identifying trends, implementing on-demand cloud based strategy and promoting SaaS that can download and utilize software anytime/anywhere in a 24/7 network.
As our clients around the world will attest, we know what our customers want, and that is what we provide.
We have an excellent track record of meeting and often surpassing the needs of our clients in the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia. For 15 years, we have consistently provided our clients with innovative services that have enabled them to improve their operational efficiency, and protect and expand their bottom line. Our projects are delivered with local resources that are coupled with global support. Our five main core services are:
We know that every minute the network is down is a minute in which revenue is lost. Hence, our primary goal is to ensure our clients are able to maximize their return on investment in the network assets deployed. To this end, we leverage our global experience to secure quick wins to put any project we work on significantly ahead.
GIS provides advanced location intelligence capabilities by building geographic and business relationships. Trends, patterns and dependencies are mapped, turning subscriber data, marketing activities, and data traffic areas into valuable knowledge that can translate to competitive advantage. GIS would supports the whole life cycle of the network from planning to field support to provisioning and defining, and also supports sales and marketing programs.
Standardizing data into a single digital format in a GIS database makes data easier to retrieve and manipulate for quick business and spatial analysis to support decision-making. The accuracy and relevancy of the database can be updated and maintained in real-time or via batch-processing. Different cartographic formats can be easily produced for different usage.
We are well suited for telecom, cable TV and utility operators that put quality first. We employ an advance IT infrastructure, housed in a secured world-class facility, but our low cost structure enables us to offer our clients competitive prices. We aim for cost-effecive results that operate efficiently to enable rapidly response to stakeholder demand. Services are provided long-term off-shore or short term on-shore or a combination of both.
ECHO has developed over 100 tools/systems for telecom engineering, automated data conversion and QAQC requirements.
