Upgrade to HFC network – planning & engineering, data conversion & GIS

ECHO provided planning and program management support for the NC franchise (region) in Nice.  We performed fundamental planning to initiate Fibre and RF engineering. The main scope of work includes GIS implementation; fundamental planning; headend & primary hub regional plan development; .fibre schematic plan & fibre loss budget calculation; fiber data sheet development; and development of a marketing priority plan and construction rollout plan.
